The Young Adults Group at the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians is thriving, and we invite you to join us! Geared towards young adults aged 18-35, the program offers a chance to deepen your prayer life, connect with other young adults to build meaningful relationships, and grow in your own faith.

In an age where young adults are actively returning to the Catholic Church, programs like this at the Shrine are especially important to our community.

While the beautiful celebration of Eucharistic Adoration takes place every Thursday, the young adults meet for a relaxed and fun social gathering on the first Thursday of the month following Adoration.
