Mass Request Form

The Holy Mass is offered every day by each of the Salesian priests in their residence or at other locations.  These Masses are not announced to the public at the shrine.  To request the offering of a Holy Mass, please use this form.  The requested stipend is $15.00 per Mass.  The Mass is generally offered on the date requested, however the Salesians reserve the right to change the date of the Mass offering when more Masses are requested than we can offer.
