• Pilgrimage Days with Eucharistic Liturgy and devotion to the Mother of God
• Pilgrimage of family, groups for prayer, ethnic devotion and patriotic observances
• Sunday Masses at 11.00 am and 12.30 pm.
• Daily Mass (Monday-Saturday) at 12 noon followed by the Rosary
• Sacrament of Reconciliation before Mass or upon request
• Blessed Sacrament Chapel over each day
• The Rosary Madonna standing 48 feet overlooking the Hudson River in Madonna Park
• Chapel dedicated to Mary Help of Christians seating 500
• The outdoor altar of Mary Help of Christians seating 1000
• The Rosary Way, the work of Enrico Arrighini in Italian marble with a Fatima and Lourdes shrine en route
• The Becchi House, an authentic replica of Don Bosco's birthplace in Italy
• Fr. John Lomagno Hall, a welcoming center, seating 100 people
• An on-site store, the Marian Shrine Gift Shop, featuring books, gifts, religious articles, and music
• An outdoor pavilion for picnics and barbeques and adjacent picnic area
• A dining hall, by reservation only, seating 200 people
